CWS Board of Trustees

The Cincinnati Waldorf School Board of Trustees is responsible for the financial health, safe operation and general oversight of the guidelines and regulations of the organization. The major responsibilities of the Board of Directors are:

• Determine the Organization’s Mission and Purpose
• Select the Administrative Team Leader
• Support the Administrator and Faculty Chairs and Review their Performance
• Ensure Effective Organizational Planning
• Ensure Adequate Resources
• Manage Resources Effectively
• Determine and Monitor the Organization’s Programs and Services
• Enhance the Organization’s Public Image
• Serve as a Court of Appeal
• Assess Its Own Performance
