The Cincinnati Waldorf School invites the community to celebrate the return of spring with our 17th Annual May Faire  on Saturday, May 3rd, from 11 am – 2pm (rain or shine).

This event is free and open to the public. Tickets are available for a small charge for crafts and activities. Although not necessary, festive, floral spring or medieval garb is encouraged. Will the Mayfaire chickens choose you to be the King or Queen of the day?

This year’s May Faire features:

  • Family events
  • Jumprope making using yarns
  • Traditional maypole dancing
  • Spinning/weaving demonstrations
  • Cake Walk
  • Plant Sale
  • Delicious Homemade Lunch at our May Faire Café
  • Crowning of the May Faire king and queen
  • Artisan demonstrations

Our strings students in grades 4-8 will end this year’s festivities by performing their spring concert for our guests in the gymnasium. We encourage everyone to come and enjoy their beautiful music!

This is one of our school’s biggest family events of the year, with a focus on celebrating spring and building and supporting community. We hope to see you there!
