Returning families must submit the online application by January 15th of each school year
Applications for new families will be accepted in two cycles. The first cycle of applications must be submitted by February 15th. The second cycle of applications must be submitted by May 15th. Non-custodial parents must also submit an application no later than the deadlines mentioned above. New families will receive notice of their awards based on the date of application. The first cycle of offers will be allocated by late-April and the second cycle by late-June. Applications for new families received after the May 15th deadline will be processed on a rolling basis only if funds are available.
