    Please Note:
    - Formats can be .ai, .eps, .psd, .pdf or .jpg.
    - Sponsor agrees that if camera-ready advertisement is not provided by deadline, CWS will use contracted space to publish Sponsor's name, address and telephone number.
    - Print material proofs will not be provided.
    - Sponsor's advertising and collateral material will not be returned.
    - Gala tickets are non-refundable and have no cash value. Reservations will be held at the door for your company.
    - CWS reserves the right to determine appropriateness of all advertising, website links, collateral material and banners.
