Ways to Help

Children's Campaign

The Cincinnati Waldorf School’s annual Children’s Campaign raises money to support the school’s operating budget. From tuition assistance to faculty support, classroom materials to salaries and benefits, the Children’s Campaign is a very important school fundraiser. CWS strives to achieve 100% participation from the school’s Board of Trustees, Faculty and parents and appreciate all donations from friends and supporters. To support the CWS Children’s Campaign, please contact the school’s Business Manager.

CWS is proud to host an annual Starry Night Gala with out-of-this world live & silent auction, stellar entertainment, and spectacular food & drinks. The stars come out before, during and after to support the efforts necessary to make this event so special. This year’s Gala is March 15, 2008. For full details, contact CWS’ Marketing Director.

Parent Association

The Parent Association offers many simple, effective ways to help raise money for CWS. From saving Boxtops to ordering magazine subscriptions, holiday greenery and student artwork. The CWS Parent Association has many committees that volunteer their time to organize the annual Holiday Faire & May Faire.

The Parent Association also runs the Scrip Card program. This program lets you purchase pre-paid cards for area merchants, with a percentage going to benefit the school. There is no additional cost to you.

Cincinnati Bell customers can designate CWS when signing up for new services or renewing current ones and the school receives "free" money!  Learn more about this easy way to help CWS HERE.

CWS Board

The Cincinnati Waldorf School’s Board of Trustees’ responsibilities include providing support and aid to the faculty in implementing a Waldorf educational program, to authorize major business and financial decisions, to appoint chairs and members of standing committees and to adopt the budget for the Cincinnati Waldorf School. CWS’ Board of Trustees are a diverse group of people from inside and outside of the school community.

Volunteer Form

CWS is always seeking enthusiastic volunteers to help on the many committees and special events during each school year. To offer your time and talents, please contact the school.
