Kirsten became a CWS parent in 2013 and joined the faculty in 2014 holding a variety of roles but most noteworthy being the first CWHS teacher that was hired!
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Theatre with an English minor at Northwestern University in 1989; a Masters Degree in Communication Education (Rhetorical Studies) at The University of Iowa in 1994; a grade 7-12 Teaching Certification at The University of Iowa; Certification from the Sunbridge Institute High School Summer Program; three years of Waldorf Foundation Studies in Vermont and Cincinnati from 2011-13; and numerous Waldorf renewal courses. Kirsten loves dancing, gardening (with bee keeping) and traveling.
