REQUIRED FOR CPS TRANSPORTATION ELIGIBILITY DETERMINATIONS
Please be aware that Cincinnati Public Schools now requires that a Transportation Service Request Form be sent directly to the district’s transportation department for any student who desires to continue or begin service in 2020. This goes for all students no matter when they enrolled with Cincinnati Waldorf School. (If you wish to be considered for transportation service or payment in lieu of transportation during the 2020-2021 school year, you must also be registered as a resident of the district. The required proof of residency may be uploaded below, and the required birth certificate may be uploaded above – both are required in order to be registered.) To avoid any delays in service, we recommend you submit your request prior to June 26th, 2020.
Registered students who qualify for transportation and submit a request will be considered for yellow bus, metro bus or payment in lieu of service. Due to social distancing requirements, it is unlikely the district will have yellow buses to spare for servicing non-public schools this year. Cincinnati Waldorf School requests that you copy our Office Coordinator on the email you submit your Transportation Service Request Form with so that our school will also have a record of your request. If you have already submitted your Transportation Service Request Form to Cincinnati Public Schools you may upload it below so that CWS has a copy. Please be sure to read and follow all instructions provided on the downloadable documents below, provided by the district. All eligibility determinations are made solely by Cincinnati Public Schools.
