Foundation Studies is a 128 hour coursework of anthroposophical studies, focusing primarily on the spiritual-scientific teachings of Rudolf Steiner, the founder of Waldorf education. It is at once an orientation for those interested in Waldorf education, a prelude to any Waldorf teacher training program, as well as an initiation into practical and spiritual self-development.
