About the event
Rates of anxiety have increased dramatically over the last several years. Part of that comes from shifts in our nervous system, some from just navigating so much change. We will explore ways to help children (and adults) calm, center and find greater well-being in a stressful time.
Adam Blanning MD teaches nationally and internationally about children's development, using the lens of Waldorf education and anthroposophic medicine. He practices in Denver, Colorado, and is himself a Waldorf graduate (and parent).
WECAN is very excited to be offering a Parent Zoom Evening! The Parent Evening will take place November 16, 8:30pm EST, 6:30 MST. Our guest will be Adam Blanning MD and Dr. Blanning will speak about Helping Children Feel Calm in an Anxious World. The registration fee is $10 and you can register through this link at the WECAN online bookstore. We want everyone to to have access to this evening and if you require financial support please contact Heather Church at hchurch@waldorfearlychildhood.org
