Chris Culley

Chris joined the CWS family in 2025. A proud New York native, Chris brings a dynamic background to our community. With a foundation built during his military career in the U.S. Army, he has spent over 25 years in senior leadership roles within the food and beverage industry as well as the construction trades, guiding teams and organizations with a focus on discipline, revenue strategies, and integrity.

Off the corporate field, Chris has served as a dedicated lacrosse and basketball coach, combining his experience as a former semi-professional athlete with a passion for youth mentorship. His commitment to nurturing young minds extends beyond athletics. “I have always been a steadfast advocate for personal growth, life skills development, and community impact”.

Educated in the field of Criminal Justice, Chris is driven by principles of fairness, structure, and service. He is the proud father of Devin (CWS Class of 2026), drawn to the school’s mission of fostering diversity, holistic education, and humanitarian values—principles that closely mirror his own.
