CWS High School Scholarships!
The application window will be open from Monday 10/13-11/3 and is only open to current CWS 8th graders. 8th graders will receive their applications this Monday at school and the winners will be notified on 11/21/25.
✨CWS Walk-A-Thon!
Monday, October 28, 2025 1:15–3:00 PM
We’re getting ready to lace up for our annual CWS Walk-A-Thon! This year, all funds raised will go directly toward our Annual Fund, helping us reach our $45,000 goal for the school year. (We’re currently at $8,162 — 18% of our goal!)
The Walk-A-Thon is a fun and active way for students to support their school. Each child is encouraged to ask friends, family, and neighbors to sponsor them for their participation in the event.
Ways to Raise Support:
Share about the Walk-A-Thon with friends, family, or neighbors this upcoming weekend — every bit helps!
Ask local businesses you frequent (coffee shop, yoga studio, favorite restaurant) if they’d like to sponsor your child or make a small donation in honor of the class.
Share the Walk-A-Thon on social media or in a family group chat with the donation link. It’s an easy way for loved ones to contribute from afar!

Hosted by our amazing Parents Association!
Let’s come together for a cozy evening of good food, warm company, and community spirit.
So far, we have six chili contestants, but there’s plenty of room for more! We’d love to have at least one chili per class to make this event even more flavorful.
Not a chili chef? No problem! There are lots of ways to participate:
🍲 Make a side dish
🧀 Bring toppings or other donations
🪑 Help with setup or cleanup
🎉 Or simply come, enjoy, and support our wonderful PA and community!
We’re already bubbling with excitement for this fun event, it’s going to be a delicious night you won’t want to miss.

Chef Lex offers a healthy school lunch featuring organic, seasonal, local ingredients 5 days a week! Check the menu, and order here. Orders must be placed by 8am for lunch that day.

As our school grows, so too does our teaching and administrative faculty. We have capable, committed teachers in all programs. Faculty talents are rich, with great strength in singing, the visual arts, creative writing, drama, and eurythmy. Join the CWS Faculty!
Colder days are coming!
The weather is changing which brings gorgeous fall colors and cooler temperatures. Please make sure your child is coming to school with the appropriate clothing as we are still enjoying the outdoors. This also means having your child come to school with an extra set of clothes. These can be kept in your child's backpack when needed. Wet and muddy clothing is not fun to be in after the outdoor fun is over.
Lost and Found!
This beautiful time of year between seasons often means lots of jackets left at school! Recognize anything? Stop by the lost and found so your lost item can be found!
