Students are NOT to bring the following to school:

  • Soda/Pop

  • Energy Drinks

  • Gum

  • Candy

  • Or other foods/drinks of the like

Support Our Waldorf Wolves!

Please come out to cheer on our Waldorf Wolves volleyball teams this weekend as they compete in their league tournaments. 

  • The 6th Grade team coached by Bill Early and Marta Galante will play on Sunday, October 13th at 1:00 at Kilgour Elementary. 

  • The 4th/5th grade team coached by Kelly Larbes will play on Sunday, October 13th at 11:00 at Norwood Middle School. 

  • The 4th/5th grade team coached by Esly Caldwell and Wade Wickus will play on Sunday, October 13th at 12:00 at Elite Athletics in Eastgate.

Parent Teacher Conferences Oct. 30, 31 & Nov. 1

In Person Fall Conferences are scheduled for Wednesday, October 30-Friday, November 1. Please check you email for Class Conference Signup links. You may receive a separate email from your class teacher regarding details about conferences or alternative meeting times.


Childcare for CWS enrolled students will be offered each day during your scheduled conference time. Please note, childcare will not be available for conference times offered by teachers outside of the school wide conference dates and times. Please sign up for childcare via THIS LINK and dress students for the weather (indoors/outdoors). Childcare times will be available on Wednesday 8:30-5:30, Thursday 8:30-2:30, Friday 8:30-3:30.


Student 1st trimester (High School 1st quarter) reports will be available to view, print or download to your devices on Sunday, October 27th after 9am. You will be able to access these by going to our website: https://www.cincinnatiwaldorfschool.org/ and logging into your FACTS family portal. Choose "student" on the left side bar > report card. If you have more than one student enrolled at CWS, you will be able to use the drop down arrow to choose between your students.

Tickets are on sale now for Fall Fest! Come celebrate fall and have fun with friends at this CWS community-building and FUNdraising event! Enjoy music, face painting, balloon twisting, cornhole, and a kid-friendly craft.

Organized and supported by North Avondale Neighborhood association (partial to full scholarships available). The SKY Kids program gives children the tools they need to thrive and meet life's challenges with a smile. Through breathing techniques, games, yoga, creative projects, problem-solving strategies, interactive processes and service projects.​Children learn tools and skills to:

•    Boost concentration and memory

•    Build self-confidence

•    Handle peer pressure and bullying

•    Strengthen human values and social skills


End of Life Celebration for Bill Cordray


There will be a celebration of life for former CWS faculty member Bill Cordray at John Kinnemeyer's home on Saturday, Oct. 19th at 2pm (11115 Sand Run Rd Harrison Oh 45030). There will be music throughout the day, and the Comanches will play a set starting around 6pm. Details are still being finalized, and there will be more information in the near future. Any and all friends of Bill's are welcome.

Everybody's Dance: Folk Dancing

Come join Saturday, Nov. 16th, from 6-8pm for Everybody's Dance: Community Folk Dance for the Modern Era. We do easy, high-spirited dances from Europe and America in an open, family-friendly environment. All ages, genders, and orientations enthusiastically welcome! Live music will be provided by The Sweet Corn String Band, and Hazel Jodock will teach and prompt the dances. For everyone's maximum enjoyment, we ask that all children under 13 be accompanied by an adult. Everyone's first time is free! After that, it's $10 per person at the door.
