Announcing New Parent & Child Programs - Baby Buds and Baby Blossoms!!!

CWS is excited to announce the addition of two Baby Classes to our popular Parent & Child program! Baby Buds - for infants 3-8 months of age and Baby Blossoms - for babies 8-14 months of age. All classes are led by our beloved and experienced early childhood educator, Miss Kyle.

We invite you to bring your baby to an hour-long class for a peaceful atmosphere of observation, deepening your understanding of your child’s intuitive progress through the developmental movement sequences of the first months of life. Parents or caregivers will learn lullabies and touching games to engage and soothe their babies and provide the opportunity to strengthen attachment. Watch the wisdom of the human being unfold before your eyes as the babies achieve their different milestones. Focus will be on cultivating well-being for all, providing a nurturing space where you and your baby can feel confident. Articles and discussion topics will explore methods of caregiving based upon respect for the infant (Emi Pikler/Magda Gerber’s R.I.E. philosophy) and Rudolf Steiner’s picture of the human being. Small groups of four or five families will help create a safe and trusting environment.

Spaces are still available for our first of three 6-week sessions beginning in January. Reserve your space today!

Cats for Adoption - In Need of a New Home

As many of you know, Ms. Bari's sister passed away recently. She left behind two adorable four-year-old cats. They are litter mates and are very attached to one another. They sleep with their arms around each other and need to stay together. The preference would be for households with children old enough to be gentle in their handling and care. If you are interested and want to meet them, please reach out to Ms. Bari: bmairose@cincinnatiwaldorfschool.org
