Holiday Faire is a beloved annual tradition at the Cincinnati Waldorf School! Each year, families and community members gather to celebrate the season with music, food, crafts, and festive fun.
At the heart of this event is our Vendor Village — a warm and bustling marketplace featuring unique, artisanal, and handcrafted goods. From dried flower arrangements and candles to art, baked treats, and jewelry, our vendors bring beauty and inspiration to the Faire while offering one-of-a-kind holiday gifts.
When you participate as a vendor, you’re not only sharing your craft with our community, you’re also supporting the Cincinnati Waldorf School’s mission to inspire students through experiential education that awakens resilience, compassion, independent thinking, and initiative. It’s a true win–win!

Free for student vendors (click here to sign up as a student vendor)

20% discount for current CWS parents, faculty, and alumni. Email ctoth@cincinnatiwaldorfschool.org to request your discount code before registering.
Vendor Logistics

Each vendor will receive one table (6’ or 8’) and one chair.
Please indicate your table size preference during registration. -
You are welcome to bring your own table or display, but your setup must fit within an 8-foot space.

Friday, December 5 | 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Saturday, December 6 | 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM

Volunteers will be available to assist with unloading and setup, though vendors are responsible for their own setup and teardown.
All vendor areas must be cleared by 2:30 PM following the event.
In the unlikely event of cancellation due to inclement weather, booth fees are non-refundable and will be considered a donation to the Cincinnati Waldorf School.
