Spring Gala – March 17th

The Cincinnati Waldorf School
cordially invites you to the
Enchanted Forest Spring Gala

Saturday, March 17, 2012
6:00 pm to midnight
Pebble Creek Event Center

Planning is underway for an original and very exciting Gala event this year! There are many ways you can help and participate. Please read on…

We are seeking Gala sponsors! Are you or do you know of a local business that would want to open themselves up to new and loyal patrons? Sponsoring our Gala is a great way to make a business more visible in our community. The payoff is ideal … sponsors receive ad space in our Gala program and are listed on the Friends of Waldorf page on the CWS website and in our school newsletters for one year! We also welcome our sponsors to attend the Gala with a loved one or a group of friends to celebrate around a table in their honor.

Click HERE to sponsor this year’s Gala!

Items are needed for silent and live auctions! We accept donations of everything from theatre tickets and restaurant coupons to puppies, beehives and chicken coops to children’s camps to luxury vacations. If you or a business you frequent would like to donate to our auction, please print the Donation Form HERE and send it in with your item.

Sign-Up Party auctions are always a hit! We welcome school families and friends of CWS to offer sign-up parties  – wonderful opportunities to create community and raise funds for our school. Past parties have included cooking, dancing, skating, nature walks, crafting and more … the possibilities are truly endless. Get creative and let us know what your party will offer! Sign-Up Party Forms are available HERE.

Ready for a Give-Away? Our raffle is one of the highlights of our Gala! This year, we are changing things up a bit and offering a Split-The-Pot raffle. The tickets are an affordable TEN dollars! The more we sell, the bigger the pot. Half will go directly to CWS; the other half will be split among three lucky winners! You may purchase raffle tickets from any CWS family or at our Gala Auction site HERE.

Just want to come to the Gala and have a fabulous evening? Purchase tickets HERE.
