About the event
The beloved CWS tradition of Holiday Faire is back after a 4-year hiatus! This is the CWS Parent Association’s biggest fundraiser of the year with 100% of all proceeds directly benefiting its initiatives to sustain our parent community (e.g., parent education events) and support the faculty (e.g., Faculty Appreciation Week).
At this family friendly event, there will be crafts (card making, pomanders, yarn bracelets, candle making), face painting, a photo booth, hot chocolate and candy canes, a tea room, the magical Treasure Gnome, and musical performances. We will also have 2 Angel Rooms so that children can have the opportunity to pick out handmade gifts for family and friends. There will also be a Vendor Village in the gym which will feature handmade gifts sold by CWS family, friends and alumni. Please join our entire school community for this magical event!
All children over the age of two and adults attending need to purchase a Holiday Faire Ticket that includes ALL of the following:
- Vendor Village with handmade gifts sold by CWS families, friends and alumni
- Visit the Treasure Gnome
- Chai tea and a baked good
- Hot cocoa and a candy cane
- Angel Room for children to buy handmade gifts
- Face painting, card making, candle dipping, pomanders, bracelet making, access to the musical performance
Angel Room Tickets are purchased separately and one ticket will allow children to select one handmade gift. Multiple tickets can be purchased. Please note: Angel Room tickets only available in advance, no tickets available day of event.
Advance tickets on sale until 5:00PM Friday, December 1st (tickets available for purchase at the door on day of event). After purchasing advance tickets, please reserve times in advance for the Treasure Gnome and Angel room via the links included in your Information email. This is intended to decrease time spent waiting in line so everyone can enjoy all of the activities of Holiday Faire!
Lastly, please consider sponsoring a Holiday Faire event! You will be recognized at the Holiday Faire Vendor Village in the CWS gym and in all pre and post event communications.
Chef Lex of the Warm Hearth Guild will also be selling lunch, which can be pre-ordered HERE.

Advance event entry ticket for adults and children. Children two and under are free. Price is valid for advance purchase only until 9:00AM day of event. In person tickets day of event will be $20 each.
