The 4th grade did an amazing job with their animal projects!
From ballet to rock climbing to pottery to book making, students showed their diverse interests and passions during 8th grade project presentations.

Our last Parent Association meeting of the year will be dedicated to chalking the walk to show our love and gratitude for CWS faculty! Bring the whole family and meet at the back playground to join in the fun.
Pizza and snacks will be provided, but please bring your own beverage. Be sure to RSVP so that we can be sure to have enough pizza!
All School Hangout at 50 West After Dismissal on 5/28

Everyone is invited to hang out at 50 West after noon dismissal on Wednesday next week! Come celebrate the end of school and the beginning of summer — and watch a student vs. faculty volleyball match. This is always a fun time, and everyone is welcome!

Chinese Language, Art, and Performance Summer Camp with Ms. Wang for Grades 1-12
We are excited to offer a unique, immersive experience that blends the rich traditions of Chinese language, art, and performance. Our camp is designed for small groups, ensuring personalized attention and a deeper connection with the culture and activities we explore. The camp is available for children Grades 1-12. If a sibling is of a 1-12 Grader is in Pre-K or Kindergarten they may participate but must be paired with their sibling.
What to Expect:
Chinese Language Learning
Daily Meditation & Chinese Choreography
Chinese Art & Ink Painting
Chinese Opera Appreciation
Nature Exploration: Experience the beauty of nature on a Creek Walk through Pioneer Park, as well as a hike in the Johnson Nature Preserve where we will connect with the natural world and enjoy its tranquility.
Cooking Class on Fridays
Each activity is designed to not only enhance the child's understanding of Chinese culture but also encourage personal growth and creativity in a nurturing and supportive environment.
